Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens, but please be courteous of our time and give a 24-48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment! Appointments cancelled under the required time frame will result in a 50% charge of the total service booked. “NO SHOWS” are to be charged 100% of the service booked. After 2X cancelling in less than the required time frame, a 50% DEPOSIT of total services is needed in order to book your future appointments. Thank you for understanding!
